Megan Fox is an American actress who first caught wide attention in the family film Holiday in the Sun and the teen comedy Confessions of a Teenage Drama Queen before landing a regular role on the ABC sitcom Hope & Faith. Her breakout came as Mikaela Banes in the blockbuster Transformers and its sequel, a part that fused high-octane action with a magnetic screen presence. That combination of mainstream reach and unmistakable style has kept her in the conversation, earning her spots at No. 3 on the hottest women list and No. 4 among hottest actors.

The New York Times reported that MLB playoff ads featuring Fox and Sydney Sweeney drew pushback, while the New York Post described the spots as risque and said baseball royalty went to war over them. Fox News covered the same ads from multiple angles, noting a Dodgers outfielder's outrage and a commentator's claim that the spots are what red-blooded Americans want, and also reported that Fox unveiled provocative new photos while launching a venture with an OnlyFans co-founder. Marca USA highlighted controversy over Fox looking "unrecognizable" and questioned what had happened to her face, while MARCA and Marca USA both relayed that Fox is skeptical of the relationship between MGK and Dakota Johnson, saying she is not sure he is mature enough.

Wikipedia page views reflect the sustained curiosity that surrounds her. The mix of blockbuster credentials, headline-grabbing ad campaigns and a steady stream of outlet coverage — from sports-media debates to entertainment gossip — keeps her firmly planted near the top of the rankings. As long as she continues to command both franchise-scale screens and cultural flashpoints, her position on the list looks secure.
