What defines hot?

Hot is five things at once. Miss one and you are pretty. Get all five and the world cannot look away.

2. 02BodyYes, the body counts: skin, legs, waist, shoulders, abs, the way it moves. Not one size: hot comes in every shape. What counts is a body that is looked after and owned.
3. 03PresenceConfidence you can feel through a screen. Hot walks in and the room tilts.
4. 04StyleWhat they wear, how they wear it, and the nerve to do it twice.
5. 05BuzzEveryone is looking. We measure it: how many big hot lists name them, and how many people click on them today.

A hot woman

Legs, curves, a smile that does the rest. The runway no longer sets the shape: today's shows, Victoria's Secret included, cast every body size. The swimsuit cover is different, it rewards a woman who stays in shape. But shape is not a measurement: slim or curvy, whatever your build gives you, hot women are hot in every shape. We count who the big lists name, whatever their size.

A hot man

Shoulders, jaw, abs, and the grin that says he knows. People's Sexiest Man Alive is the crown, the runway and the red carpet are the proof. We count who wore them.

The score

Every time a recognised sexiest list names a person, they score. The most recent lists score more. A tie is broken by clicks: whoever the world looked up more this week goes first. Clicks on their own make a different list, hot by clicks.
